Request Cancellation

Cancellation

1. Go to our website and login to the "Client Area"

Once logged in.

2. Click on Services
3. Click on My Services
4. Then click on the service you want to cancel. (You may misclick on the server IP, try to avoid that.)

5. Click the big red "Request Cancellation" button

6. Enter a reason for cancelling and confirm by pressing the "Request Cancellation" button once more.

7. If you change your mind, can you go back to the service and cancel the "Cancellation Request".
