Reset Your Password

Introduction

This guide will help you reset your password for your Lagless service through the billing panel.

Prerequisites

• An account on the Lagless Panel.
• Access to the billing panel.

Steps to reset your password

1. Accessing the billing panel

1. Go to the billing panel
2. Log in with your existing credentials
3. You will be taken to your dashboard

2. Locating your service

1. After logging in, you will be taken to your dashboard/home page
2. On this page, you will see your services listed
3. Click on "View Details" for the service you want to reset the password for

3. Finding the Change Password button

1. Once on your service page, look for the "Change Password" button
2. This button is typically located in the service management section
3. An arrow will point to the Change Password button for easy identification

4. Resetting your password

1. Click on the "Change Password" button
2. This will open the password change container
3. You will be presented with two options:
   • Generate Password: Let the system create a secure password for you
   • Enter Custom Password: Manually enter your desired password

5. Setting your new password

1. Choose either "Generate Password" or "Enter Custom Password"
2. If generating, the system will create a secure password for you
3. If entering custom, type your desired password in the provided field
4. Click the "Reset Password" or "Save" button to confirm the change

6. Confirming the change

1. The system will confirm that your password has been successfully reset
2. Make sure to save your new password in a secure location
3. You can now use the new password to access your service

Important Notes

• Your new password will be used for both the Lagless Panel and SFTP access
• If you generated a password, make sure to copy it immediately as it may not be shown again
• Keep your password secure and don't share it with others
• You can reset your password at any time using this same process
